We have a purpose —
At SocialEquity, we believe everyone in the world deserves to have a clear and achievable path to homeownership.
To do this, we’ve created a new way to own a home. No massive down payments. No reams of red tape.
A modern, intuitive, home co-ownership experience to redirect hard-earned money from rent to building equity in a home and the life you want… on your terms.

We have a Vision —
To inspire a social change in the homeownership industry, and create a world where homeownership is accessible for all.

We have a Vision —
To inspire a social change in the homeownership industry, and create a world where homeownership is accessible for all.

We put this mission into action by…
➡️ Tackling the affordability gap by modernizing the home purchase and equity building process
➡️ Introducing home co-ownership to creditworthy persons blocked from securing loans through existing legacy products
➡️ Supporting a social network and mortgage acquisition process that embraces diversity, equity, and inclusivity
➡️ Improving, advocating, and enabling financial literacy
➡️ Protecting the security and privacy of our members. We will never sell member data. Ever.
Our Philosophy & Core Values —
What guides us as a business,
in teams, and individually
Our Philosophy
Do well by doing good.
We are here to help people thrive. Our focus and dedication are unwaveringly centered on our members and helping them to achieve their goals — and so we ask at every point of decision, which choice offers the most positive impact for our members? By so doing, we will create opportunities and prosperity for our employees, investors, and shareholders.
Our Values
Value all people
Each and every person is an utterly unique and distinct individual, worthy of decency, honesty, and respect.
To achieve harmony and long-term sustainability it’s essential to value not only what’s familiar but also open up to understanding, and embracing differences in the world around us through people.
Be humble enough to see what’s possible
Have your feet are on the ground & be open to other possibilities.
“Making it happen” doesn’t mean we need to have every answer when we start, nor that we should move before we’re ready — but it does entail being honest, doing the work, being open and receptive to other perspectives, collaborating and communicating, trusting the process, and being committed to making decisions for the betterment of all.
Advocate for the long, sustaining change
Improving one’s quality of life takes long-term vision and active commitment.
Our purpose is about long-term, human relationships with our members and community — we think about the bigger picture, and which choices are aligned with producing a lasting and generative impact for all of us.
Own your move
This is about acting with integrity — and making moves.
Whether it’s through action or pause, this is how we take responsibility for creating generative solutions, and the essence of what makes a great team.
